Greetings and trust you are well. I thought it was time to inform you
of the details of our 2009 Reunion.
This will be held in Glenelg (same as last year). Friday 27th, Saturday
28th and Sunday 29th March.
Eric & I have been able to find a better venue including the Friday
night gathering and Sunday BBQ. Of course lunch on Saturday will be
"aboard" "The HMS Buffalo" Restaurant.
The Glenelg Motel is situated about 5 minutes walk from "The Buffalo"
and is much quieter area than the Motel we all stayed at last time.
The facilities include a restaurant area with a small bar which is mainly
used for breakfast but we are able to have the use of it exclusively
for our Friday night gathering including dinner. On Sunday we are able
to have our BBQ in the same area. There are doors which can be opened
up onto the pool area weather permitting.

The accommodation comprises of two types of rooms.
Deluxe Double - $95.00 per night (same price for 1 person).
Deluxe Spa suites - $120.00 per night (there are only 3 of these).
Continental Breakfast - $12.00 per person
Full Breakfast - $16.00 per person.
Bar Prices appear to be reasonable.
If you require any assistance with booking any accommodation, please
let me know as soon as possible. Or feel free to book them yourself
but do mention that you are part of the Reunion as these prices are
what we were quoted.
Also it is timely to mention that Adelaide has many functions on at
this time of year so it is wise to book sooner than later.
